At Cleveland Clinic, LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) are an essential part of our Homecare Hospice team providing comfort and support to patients and their loved ones. An LPN in this role is familiar with performing patient care activities, documenting patient care, administering medication, observing patients' health, and maintaining/restocking medical equipment and supplies.
