Position: Licensed Practical Nurse I – Western Zone, Renal Dialysis (Casual Call‑In, CUPE‑HS)
Hours: 12hours, rotating shift work (days, evenings, weekends)
Salary: CGCU29L (CAD 30.16 – CAD 33.22 per hour, including negotiated wage adjustment)
Program Overview
Western Health is offering a six‑week Hemodialysis Education Program for Licensed Practical Nurses employed within the Western Health CUPE bargaining unit. Expressions of interest are being accepted for one temporary call‑in seat. The program is expected to commence 8 June 2026 and is designed to ensure sufficient numbers of staff are educated and available to provide quality care to residents in the region by providing short and long term relief for staff members assigned to the Hemodialysis Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
