  Location: New York   Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM   Schedule: Every other weekend required ⏳ Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Travel position – 75-mile radius rule applies 
Locals accepted (local rate applies for <75 miles) 
Must float to all units within the same building 
40-bed unit 
Patient population includes MS, Ortho, Dementia, Memory Care 
EMR: PointClick Care 
✅ Requirements: 
Minimum 1+ year of LPN experience 
Active NY LPN License 
BLS Certification
