Reports to: Practice Manager/Director or Clinical Supervisor

Shift/Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 4 days a week, 7:00 AM-530PM (Day off varies each week)

Travel: Travel to the Fishkill Location 2x a month.





The LPN functions under the supervision and guidance of the Physician and participates in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatment to patients and provides clinical support and technical assistance to the professional medical and other staff.
