Job Description

                    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehab & Inpatient Med Surg | Travel Contract 
Location:  Syracuse, NY 
Duration:  14 Weeks 
Shift:  Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 
Hours:  37.5 Hours Per Week 
Responsibilities:  
Provide nursing care in accordance with established care plans.  
Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition.  
Obtain and accurately record vital signs.  
Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient care procedures.  
Administer medications and injections as ordered.  
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.  
Observe and document patient responses to treatments and interventions.  
Maintain patient rooms, examination rooms, and clinical work areas.  
Assist with patient scheduling, chart preparation, and administrative duties.
