JOBSUMMARY: 7a-3p M-F | 7a-7p Baylor $27.25 - $31.75
Theprimary purpose of the LPN Wound Care Nurse position is to provide wound careprevention and treatment to residents and to assure resident safety under thedirection of a Registered Nurse, attending physicians and/or Medical Directorand consistent with established wound care protocols.
JOBDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implementand maintain established wound care policies and protocols. Interpret these protocols to the supervisingRN, physicians, residents, family members and others as appropriate.
• Makerecommendations to the attending RN, physician, Medical Director, DON and RegionalDirector of Clinical Operations concerning the wound care protocols, preventivemeasures and specialty care of residents.
