Description and Requirements
The Job
Oversee all technical aspects of project and solution delivery, managing both local and remote team members to ensure successful outcomes.
Configure and implement AIOps solutions, BMC Helix and ServiceNow, including integration with industry-standard components such as SSO and LDAP.
Design and develop cutting-edge proof-of-concept applications, driving adoption of emerging technologies beyond AIOps solutions.
Define and guide the overall application design for both front-end and back-end components in alignment with solution architecture.
Demonstrate leadership in collaborating with third-party vendors and client IT teams, showcasing the LPS’s best practices and industry-leading capabilities.
Coach team members on implementation methodologies, configuration techniques, and best practices for AIOps solutions and general application development.
