Description and Requirements

The Manager for Solution Services is responsible for leading the team that designs, implements, and manages tailored cybersecurity solutions for clients. This role ensures the delivery of robust, scalable, and compliant security controls across IT Security Governance, Application Security, and Infrastructure Security. The Manager will drive client engagements, enhance service offerings, contribute to pre-sales activities, and support the growth of LPS’s cybersecurity practice.


The Job

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity solution architects, engineers, and consultants. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
