Job Description

Description and Requirements
Design, configure, maintain, and support Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
Administer and optimize VMware virtualization environments (ESXi, vCenter).
Manage Pure Storage platforms ensuring performance, availability, and data integrity.
Monitor infrastructure health using EG Innovations (EG Enterprise) and ensure proactive incident response.
Maintain and administer Veritas NetBackup solutions for data protection and recovery.
Configure and manage WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) for patch management.
Support and manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
Perform system hardening based on CIS hardening standards
