• University degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ relevant experience in training/learning activities, preferably in the military environment.
• Working knowledge of military operations and/or maintenance of complex defence systems and associated experience in related training management, preferably with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.
• Knowledge of specialised training/learning management Information Systems (IS).
• Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in managing the delivery of training to operational audiences using a range of instructional techniques.
