• Lead and oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects.
• Provide advice and recommendations on land‑related matters, including budgeting, cost management, compliance with regulatory policies and development guidelines, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed.
• Work with government agencies, statutory boards, and key stakeholders to resolve land‑related matters, negotiate outcomes, and advance project objectives.
• Utilise Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyse, and visualise spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.
• Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation.
