Manager, Standard & Curriculum, Singapore Rail Academy (SGRA)

The role of Manager, Standard & Curriculum, is part of the new Singapore Rail Academy (SGRA) team established for the development, implementation and quality assurance of the training standards, competency and curricula frameworks for the operations & maintenance (O&M) workforce of the local rail industry, and the development of common training courses for rail systems engineers and those decided by the management.

The Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the harmonisation, development and upkeep of training standards, competency and curricula frameworks, the development of common training courses, and quality assurance.
