Responsibilities

You will lead a team to oversee the daily operations of the RTS Link Facility, supporting the safety, reliable and efficient movement of passengers across international boundaries. The role requires strong leadership, operational acumen and coordination with various stakeholders to deliver seamless operations that uphold national security, public safety and customer service standards.

You will monitor performance of the contracted facilities management operator and ensure operational readiness of critical systems and operational readiness at all times. In addition, you will coordinate and support cross agency operations in ensuring smooth border control procedures and consistent passenger experience.
