What you will be working on:

You will play a vital role in supporting the Vehicle Quota & Registration division across a range of operational and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day vehicle registration processes and Certificate of Entitlement (COE) administration, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

You will also assist in tax audit and verification work, reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and documenting findings to support follow-up actions. In addition, you will be responsible for arrears recovery efforts, including issuing letters of demand and payment reminders, as well as assessing debtors’ asset status to determine appropriate recovery measures.
