LTO Sales Representative

The Lease-to-Own (LTO) Sales Representative will support the growth of Milele Car Rentals LTO division by ensuring timely lead responses, consistent follow-ups, and closing new LTO deals. The role will assist Abdur Rehman in managing leads effectively while also generating independent sales, ensuring no opportunities are lost and strengthening recurring revenue through long-term LTO contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities (Generic)

• Lead Response & Follow-up
  • Respond to all new inbound leads within 15 minutes during working hours.
  • Ensure 100% follow-up on old leads within a 30-day cycle.
• Assist LTO sales lead with lead management and high-value closings.
• Independently convert leads into LTO sales, meeting monthly sales targets.
• Upsell additional services such as insurance, warranties, and upgrades.
