Lubmarine Operation Officer (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

This position will be
based in Tuas
and will support as Delivery Manager for Bulk/Packed Support. Order Processing and Delivery Management Daily Activities : Base in Tuas Blending Plant Singapore office, ensure all orders for supply to vessels are received with acknowledgement from Lubmarine department and arrange for timely delivery to their customers vessels and also to feedback delivery status in LoT (Lub On Time) System platform portal. To ensure that all orders from system platform given to 3rd party contractors are acknowledged and checked daily. To ensure that all orders from system platform are executed timely to Term & Condition Barges supply schedule. To input and cross check customer PO with SAP system (Internal) as to generate Delivery Note (DN) To program in the scheduling of Marine chartered steel bulk barges and manage 3rd party contractors for timely deliveries to vessels in Singapore harbours, OPL (Outer port limit of Singapore).
