We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage in San Jose at a mobile/school based clinic. This is a great opportunity providing care for a large network of clinics in the San Jose area!

Start Date: As soon as possible with a 3 month commitment and option to extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Patient volume: 20-22 patients per day
Setting: 100% outpatient
EMR: Epic

Qualifications:
FNP with current board certification
Active, unrestricted CA nursing license
Active, unrestricted DEA license
1 year minimum experience required
Only candidates local to San Jose will be considered. No logistics offered

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
