Luxury Boutique Team Lead — Sales & Customer Experience

LVMH Group is seeking a Team Leader in Abu Dhabi to enhance team performance and support customer journeys, ensuring achievement of departmental goals.

The ideal candidate will have previous luxury boutique experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for Loro Piana products. Responsibilities include maximizing sales, maintaining excellent customer relations, and coordinating a motivated sales team while managing stock and product displays.

Fluency in English is required, with other languages being an asset.
