Luxury Grounds & Horticulture Supervisor

Shangri-La Group is seeking a Flora & Fauna Supervisor for its Boracay Resort & Spa. This role involves supervising the maintenance of grounds, gardens, and both indoor and outdoor plants while ensuring high standards of gardening techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Agriculture, experience in grounds maintenance, and strong supervisory skills to lead a team aligned with the hotel’s customer service philosophy.
