HH/LPN Visits/Day: 6-7 Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: every 4th weekend Certs REQ: BLS, IV Cert Skills REQ: Home Health, Phlebotomy, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Wound drains/JP/Hemovac, Vital Sign monitoring Is on-call REQ? Yes, 3-5 nights per month Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Within service line Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: No, home address must be at least 75 miles from facility Pending License accepted: Yes Territory/County covering: 40-80 miles. Mileage reimbursed? Mileage will be reimbursed @ $0.55/mile. RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Skilled Home Health experience required. Hospital based preferred.
