                    LVN / LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) 
Location: North Syracuse, NY

 Job Summary 
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a long-term care assignment in North Syracuse, NY. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document care activities, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings and be comfortable working evening shifts.

 Assignment Details 

Contract Length: 52 Weeks

Shift: Evening Shift (4x10 Hours)

Schedule: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Hours Per Week: 40

 Required Qualifications 

Active LPN/LVN License

Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
