LVN - Novice Nurse

Salary: $ 30 - $ 40 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a LPN/LVN Novice Nurse (< 12 months of experience). The Novice Nurse Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with care developed for each individual patient in accordance with physician’s orders when applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services

+ Demonstrates on each assignment the provision of skilled nursing care rendered in accordance with prescribed orders

+ Identifies and documents changes in patient’s both physiologic and psycho-social condition

+ Notifies Director/Supervisor if applicable on the following;

+ Physician notification to obtain necessary orders for intervention(s) per state regulations
