Job Title: LVN/LPN III  
Duration: 6 Months 
Location: 2330 W Loop 306,San Angelo, TX 76904 (San Angelo State Supported Living Center) 
Pay Rate: $40-45/Hourly on W2. 
Shif ts: Shifts-7a-7p w/1 4hr shift 7a-11a or 3p-7p, 4p-12a - Rotating Schedule - 40-hours/week; No OT  
Job Description 
Administers medications and treatments orally, rectally, internally, or by injection. 
Performs technical Nursing procedures according to facility and state regulations after demonstration for competency 
Documents and reports pertinent observations. 
Communicates orally and in writing to other team members' pertinent information. Documents according to facility policy. 
Responds to emergency situations to ensure safety of individuals. Follows safety and Infection Control Procedures of facility.
