You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf.

• Look after the well‑being of all guests from arrival until departure:
  • Assist residents with check‑in via mobile app or kiosk
  • Encourage members to download the DiscoverASR app to explore the community
  • Show app functions such as mobile key, messaging lyf Guards, and making ancillary purchases if available
  • Handle guest queries
  • Facilitate communication and requests
• Ensure operational efficiency by:
  • Monitoring room availability using the hotel’s property management system (PMS)
  • Ensuring processes adhere to corporate guidelines
  • Performing bookkeeping activities when necessary
  • Assisting housekeeping with regular rounds to maintain cleanliness, especially in social spaces
