M&A Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly commercial and market-facing professional to lead the M&A of renewable energy and energy storage projects across South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

This role is primarily responsible for originating buyers, leading asset sale processes, and executing transactions for FID and operating projects. The candidate is expected to act as a deal owner, driving projects from market sounding through to signing and closing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Sales & Deal Origination

• Lead the end-to-end sale of renewable and BESS assets, including, FID projects, Projects under construction and Operating assets
• Identify, approach and originate buyers across Infrastructure funds, IPPs, Strategic investors, etc..
• Build and maintain direct relationships with active investors in APAC markets
