You will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and ongoing performance of all mechanical and electrical building systems, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal disruption to occupants.

Maintenance & Operations

Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, lighting, small power, UPS systems, and building management systems (BMS)
