M & E Site Executive – Smart Home Solutions

(Supporting Sales & Project Execution Team)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review approved smart home solutions layout, and client requirements with the Sales team before project commencement.
• Attend site meeting and take full charge of site coordination.
• Coordinate closely with contractors and site PIC to ensure wiring, power points, network points, placement and M & E details area meet smart home technical requirements.
• Manage project timelines from installation to completion, ensuring project completion on time within guidelines.
• Supervise installation progress on-site and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues (wiring problems, delays, site conditions) before they impact project timelines and hand on for checking if necessary .
