The Role



At Last Mile Health (LMH), we go as far as it takes for our patients. Do you have project implementation, as well as community engagement and awareness experience, to improve how women and newborns access timely life-saving care? If so, you may be the next Facilitator for the m-mama initiative in Malawi.



The m-mama initiative is an innovative and cost-effective at-scale Emergency Referral Transportation System for pregnant women and newborns led by the Government of Malawi in partnership with Vodafone Foundation. Vodafone Foundation launched m-mama in 2013 in Tanzania in collaboration with the Government of Tanzania, and in Lesotho in 2021 in collaboration with the Government of Lesotho.
