Job Description

Join an established private aviation/charter operations company working on a premium fleet in Victoria, BC. Competitive package with excellent benefits in a tight‑knit team environment. 
Responsibilities Scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on fleet per Transport Canada regulations 
Repairs, servicing, troubleshooting aircraft/components per manufacturer/company policies 
Small team environment supporting aircraft operational needs 
Mandatory Requirements Valid Transport Canada AME M1 or M2 licence 
5–10 years corporate/charter aircraft maintenance experience 
Experience with at least one of the following: Challenger 604/605, Cessna Caravan 208, CJ series, Falcon 7X 
Valid Canadian passport + driver’s licence 
Live (or willing to relocate) within 45 min of Victoria International Airport 
CARS knowledge + strong written/verbal communication
