M17 - Project Manager (Digital transformation, Business analysis)

Responsibilities Collaborate with Agency business teams to gather and understand business, operational, and citizen-facing requirements using human-centric approaches. Apply Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies to analyse current-state challenges and design future-state digital solutions. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with GovTech strategic directions, including cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, legacy modernisation, and Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS). Determine suitable delivery approaches such as outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house development models. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, solution architects, technical consultants, and vendors to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
