Job Summary
The Infrastructure EngineerIIIhasdesign-level subject matterexpertiseinthe full Microsoft365 suiteand Microsoft Exchange. This positionprovidesdeeptechnicalexpertisein the design, build, and lifecycle support ofthe organizationalcollaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 portfolioand Microsoft Exchange,including Teams,SharePointand Email. Installs, supports, andmaintainscorecollaborationsolutionsandmailflowalong with dependent ecosystemssuch as application deployment, 3rdpartyintegrationsand security policyadherence. Evaluates and recommendsimprovements andupgrade cycles covering the entireM365 and Exchange environment. Performs technical analyses ofsupported solutionsusing various diagnostic tools in support of efficient operations. Provides escalation support for end user support teams for supported systems.
