KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess current M365 environment (mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams groups).
• Develop a detailed migration plan including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Configure and execute mailbox migration from Exchange Online to Lark Mail.
• Migrate or archive OneDrive/SharePoint data into Lark Drive (or agreed repository).
• Manage Teams/Groups migration to Lark equivalent (chat, meetings, file structures).
• Establish security, compliance, and retention mappings between M365 and Lark.
• Provide end-user support and training materials for post-migration adoption.
• Document all steps, configurations, and provide a final handover guide.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams groups).
