M365 Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer the Exchange Online environment, including user, group, and shared mailboxes, retention policies, and mail flow rules
Support user accounts and license management
Develop and monitor governance policies for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
Administer the Microsoft Teams environment, including Teams, Meetings, Panels, and Room Devices; leverage the Call Quality Dashboard as needed
Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap and advise on upcoming feature releases and deprecations
Provision, manage, and monitor Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking components
Use Application Insights, Alerts, Log Analytics, and Network tools to troubleshoot and proactively monitor Azure environments
Administer Azure DevOps environments by creating projects, templates, and managing users
