About the role

You'll provide expert third-line guidance, support and technical leadership across the M365 platform, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and Power Platform .

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering third-line support and technical expertise across the M365 estate
• Configuring and managing M365 services and application integrations
• Driving optimisation, performance improvement and standardisation of M365 tools
• Handling Level 3 escalations and resolving complex platform-related issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, global M365 solutions
• Supporting integration and alignment across central technology services and business divisions
