Job Title - Microsoft 365 SpecialistLocation - hybrid from either one of --> Mexico city, MX / Guadalajara, MX /Monterrey, MX / Queretaro, MXKey responsibilities•Assess Microsoft 365 tenant health across apps services and network connectivity.
•Evaluate M365 Apps performance (Office Teams Outlook) and optimize configurations for reliability and user experience.
• Review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads including bandwidth latency and connectivity best practices.
• Analyze usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improving engagement.
• Provide guidance on governance compliance and operational processes to strengthen platform health.
