M365 Technician

We are seeking a skilled M365 Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Johannesburg-based, have their own reliable transport, and bring 4-7 years of IT systems training experience. This role focuses on internal/in-house training, ensuring our team members are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and related IT systems
Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will need to conduct in-house training covering –
o Microsoft Office / M365 products such as Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint (must know basic/intermediary/advanced);
o OneDrive
o MS Teams
o Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (will be advantageous)
o Adobe Sign (will be advantageous)
o Intapp (will be advantageous)
• Setup training for induction on 1st and 15th of each month
• Collate and setup IT systems training for responses to invitations for training the above courses;
• Create register of attendees
• Get feedback from trainees after their courses have completed
