M&A Analyst

Robert Walters is collaborating with an international investment fund seeking to strengthen their Barcelona office with the addition of an M&A Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with the execution team, providing essential support in the preparation, drafting, and structuring of investment materials, including investment memorandums, teasers, and other related documentation.

• Assist the M&A Associate in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and supporting documentation for the investment process.
• Conduct company, sector, and market research to support investment rationales and strategic recommendations.
