M&A Analyst (Newly Qualified CA(SA)

An established corporate finance / advisory environment is looking for a high-potential newly qualified CA(SA) who has recently returned from international secondments and is eager to build a career in M&A. This is a strong entry point into deal execution, valuations, and transaction advisory work within a fast-paced, high-performance team.

The role is ideal for someone who has seen best‑practice finance environments abroad and now wants to apply that exposure in a transaction‑focused setting, working closely with senior deal makers on live mandates across buy‑side, sell‑side, and strategic advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end M&A transactions including buy-side and sell-side mandates
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario analysis)
