What You'll Do

• Analyze incoming deals:
   Review financial information as deals enter the pipeline to determine whether they can debt service and support a workable acquisition structure.
• Build valuation models:
   Prepare valuation models using the firm's templated financial framework, incorporating seller financials, add backs, and assumptions.
• Assess deal viability:
   Evaluate whether a deal has the potential to cash flow and meet return expectations under realistic financing scenarios.
