Your experience

  • 3-5 years of experience (Inbound and outbound exp. preferred) from a reputable law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials in law.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in managing M&A transactions.
  • Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
