As an M&A Coordinator, you own the front-end execution of our deal pipeline. You manage seller scheduling, broker communication, follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure opportunities move forward without friction. This isn't calendar management. It's momentum control, accountability, and protecting the integrity of our deal flow.
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, proactive operator to drive seller call execution and pipeline coordination. You'll oversee scheduling workflows, manage broker and seller communication, enforce internal follow-through, and keep every opportunity moving.
