M&A Divestiture Security Leader (CISO)

Keenfinity Group is seeking a CISO to lead IT security strategy and governance during a critical phase of divestiture. The successful candidate will have over 8 years of experience in IT security leadership, with expertise in M&A security and compliance.

Candidates must be fluent in German and English, and possess strong executive communication skills. The position is based in Ovar, Portugal, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available.
