About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and highly strategic Senior M&A Counsel to join our Global Corporate Legal team. This senior-level role is key to advancing the companys inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic investments worldwide.
You will oversee the entire M&A lifecycle from target identification and due diligence to negotiation, closing, and post-merger integration acting as both legal advisor and project manager.
