M&A manager (Energy stream)

Kyivstar extends the Business Development Office team with M&A and Strategic Partnership Creation Manager position.
This position is in charge of scouting M&A opportunities for the Company, managing M&A process from sourcing to deal closing and post-merger initial integration.

· Conduct continuous market-based research, track valuation trends and fundamentals in the interested sectors
·Proactive scouting M&A opportunities the Company can use to enhance its competitive positions in core business and to growth non-organically with buyout of Energy generatingservicing companies
