M&A Project Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an M&A IT Project Manager for a 1-year contract, open to candidates working remotely across Canada with a preference for those based in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IT workstreams supporting complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The Project Manager will partner closely with Corporate Development, business stakeholders, and IT teams to plan and execute system separations, including Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), from due diligence through Day 1 and final separation.
Key responsibilities include defining project scope, managing budgets and resources, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones in high-pressure deal environments.
