Angove Partners are working with an insurance brokerage based in Barcelona, who are looking to bring on a M&A Underwriter.About this role:You’ll assess and underwrite risks arising in M&A and corporate transactions, working closely with brokers, clients, and advisors to deliver tailored insurance solutions.What will you be doing:Evaluate info about the client, using data to analyse the risk of the potential client, decide whether insurance should be offered based on that analysis.Calculate the cost of providing the policy and establish a price for the premium.Structure and price insurance policiesDraft and negotiate policy terms and coverageCollaborate with brokers, tax lawyers, and clients on live dealsSupport the deal process under tight timelinesAbout you:Background in M&A/W&I insurance.French speaking.If you would like more information on this role, or any other roles we are recruiting for right now, please get in touch with:
