Job Description

Job Responsibilities Ensure the stable and normal operation of SMT equipment, improve production efficiency, analyze defective product quality to implement timely improvements, track trial production items, and summarize trial production issues with clear analysis, corrective actions, and improvement recommendations. 
Position Requirements Education/Major: College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Electronic Information Engineering 
Experience/Skills: 3+ years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting Siemens/Panasonic equipment. 
Personal Qualities: Diligent, detail-oriented, positive attitude, good physical health, adaptable, and strong observational skills.
