Responsibilities
- Optimize the search quality in poi and service, provide TikTok's users the best search experience - Combine your understanding of product objectives and take full advantage of modern machine learning, NLP and Multimodal techniques to improve the search result metrics
- Work with products and DAs, and other engineers to deliver features to drive the experience optimization of products.
