Machine Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Repair

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, including UHT processing, scaling, dosing, and packaging equipment.

2. Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, breakdowns, and downtime to ensure reliable production.

3. Improvement & Collaboration

• Work with engineering teams to implement continuous improvements and propose solutions for operational issues and downtime incidents.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to company safety policies, dress codes, and personal protective equipment requirements.

5. Equipment Operations

• Operate and adjust machinery to optimize performance and might also perform cleaning tasks as per schedules.

6. Training & Support

• Involved in training new operators or supporting other team members.
