- Manage and oversee the company’s fleet of machinery / heavy equipment from a technical and operational perspective.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure machines are always in good working condition.
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and provide effective technical solutions.
- Monitor and reduce machine downtime and continuously improve maintenance processes.
- Control and manage maintenance costs, spare parts, and technical inventory.
- Coordinate and manage vendors and external service providers.
- Prepare regular reports on machine condition, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to technicians and engineers on site.
- Coordinate closely with operations and management regarding machine availability and requirements.
